You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval at no charge. Once a prescription has been approved and the medication dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the nature of pharmaceutical products.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where medication is received damaged, incorrect, or where a prescription was declined after payment was taken. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns of prescription medications for safety and legal reasons.
